The collaboration between Welcome Workdays and Sharry began in 2024, with the goal of creating the most flexible, scalable, and self-serviceable access control experience in the Norwegian market. In that time, the partnership has successfully delivered wallet-based access across multiple access control systems such as Lenel and ARX, utilizing mobile credentials provisioned by Wavelynx, HID, and ASSA ABLOY, deployed in landmark buildings operated by Entra and Storebrand.

With this proven foundation, the partnership is now evolving to unlock the next frontier: data intelligence. By harnessing real-time access data from existing systems, the Welcome Workdays data platform will deliver portfolio-wide insights into building usage, workplace occupancy patterns, or tenant and guest behavior — all without the need for costly sensors or additional hardware.

Through Welcome ID, the company’s identity platform for real estate, the correct digital credentials and access permissions are automatically issued and revoked. With one click, tenants and end-users can add them — instantly and securely — to their Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
