Sharry & Building Engines Integration

Sharry can integrate with Building Engines Prism so that service requests created by users in Sharry platform are routed into Prism for processing by the property or facility team. In this setup, Sharry acts as the user-facing channel (through the workplace mobile app or its PortalWX) where a user selects a location (and potentially category/details) and submits the request; Prism is the system of record where the ticket is managed by operations (assignment, internal workflow, reporting).

From the Sharry side, this is typically positioned as “service requests” functionality (including multi-site behavior) with the external helpdesk system handling fulfillment; Sharry’s role is to collect structured input and ensure it reaches the right ops team (usually tied to site/location context).
