Joint Achievement: The First Spanish Intelligent Building

In 2022, Sharry and Prestos announce the delivery of smart office technology to 22@smart, the first intelligent building in Spain. Sharry is digitizing access, parking management, and visitor experience at the building.

Developed by Meridia Capital and designed by GCA Architects, the unique complex of intelligent buildings is located in Barcelona’s business and technology district, 22@. Smart offers approximately 25,000 square meters of office space in three separate buildings connected by extensive green areas.
