As we continue expanding internationally, we are hiring a Regional Manager, LATAM to help us build our presence across Latin America and lead market growth from Mexico City.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial, and highly motivated self-starter to lead Sharry’s expansion across Latin America. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build a region, create market presence, open doors, and become the face of an innovative global technology brand.

The ideal candidate is energetic, polished, commercially minded, and comfortable working independently. They enjoy networking, building relationships, representing a brand at industry events, and helping customers modernize their buildings and workplaces through technology.

This person will report directly to the Head of Americas and work closely with global leadership.

What we expect:

Qualifications

Required
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, real estate technology, security technology, SaaS, or related industries.
  • Familiarity with Software / IT
  • Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently and create momentum.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable networking and building relationships online and in person.
  • Experience attending or organizing business events, conferences, or client
    activations.
  • Knowledge of HID Global and/or major access control systems is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese strongly preferred.
  • Based in Mexico City and willing to travel across LATAM.
Preferred
  • Experience working with landlords, Class A office buildings, enterprise tenants, or security integrators.
  • Existing network in commercial real estate or security industry.
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with physical access control, mobile credentials, or workplace technology.

Key Responsibilities

1) Regional Growth & Business Development
  • Build pipeline and generate new business opportunities across Latin America, with focus on Mexico and priority growth markets.
  • Prospect landlords, developers, enterprise occupiers, and strategic partners.
  • Lead outbound outreach, meetings, presentations, proposals, and deal progression.
  • Identify flagship buildings and customers that elevate the Sharry brand in the region.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships that lead to recurring opportunities.
  • Support existing clients in the region.
2) Brand Building & Market Presence
  • Serve as the regional ambassador for Sharry across LATAM.
  • Attend, organize, and maximize trade shows, networking events, client events, and industry conferences.
  • Build local awareness through partnerships, referrals, and consistent market visibility.
  • Represent the company professionally with senior real estate, workplace, and
    security stakeholders.
3) Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
  • Build relationships with access control integrators, security consultants, workplace advisors, and technology partners.
  • Develop familiarity with leading credential ecosystems including HID and mobile credential solutions.
  • Work with partners connected to systems such as LenelS2, Genetec, Brivo, Honeywell, and other regional platforms.
4) Customer Success & Execution
  • Support successful launches of new customers with internal implementation teams.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships post-sale to drive renewals and growth.
  • Gather market feedback to improve product localization and future offerings.
5) Reporting & Ownership
  • Maintain pipeline discipline, CRM updates, and weekly reporting.
  • Operate with an ownership mentality and strong accountability.
  • Help shape long-term LATAM hiring and growth strategy.
