Channel Partner Coordinator
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Channel Partner Coordinator to support the growth and success of Sharry’s global partner ecosystem. This role will help expand our network of system integrators and technology partners, strengthen relationships with existing partners, and increase partner engagement and lead generation activities.
The successful candidate will coordinate partner programs, webinars, certifications, events, and communications, while maintaining partner data and processes in HubSpot. They will also manage the Partner Portal, support incoming partnership inquiries, and ensure our partners have the tools, content, and knowledge needed to successfully promote and deliver Sharry solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the growth of Sharry’s channel partner network.
- Manage inbound partnership inquiries and partner onboarding activities.
- Maintain partner records, activities, and reporting in HubSpot.
- Organize partner webinars, training sessions, and certification programs.
- Coordinate joint marketing and business development activities with partners.
- Manage and continuously improve the Partner Portal and its content.
- Drive regular partner communications, newsletters, and updates.
- Monitor partner engagement and identify opportunities to increase partner-generated leads.
- Support partner events, roadshows, and industry conferences.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and technical teams to ensure partner success.

- Partner-generated leads and opportunities.
- Adoption and usage of the Partner Portal.
What we expect:
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, customer success, event management, partner management, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Professional-level English, both written and spoken.
- Additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM systems; HubSpot experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- A proactive, self-driven approach and willingness to learn.
- Interest in technology, SaaS, and partner ecosystems.
