Say Hi to Sham – Sharry’s New Customer Support Specialist

As more customers use the Sharry platform, our Support team continues to grow. We’re excited to welcome Sham Aldeiri as our new Customer Support Specialist, bringing a mix of technical knowledge, fresh ideas, and a passion for helping people.
Sham originally comes from Syria but grew up in Saudi Arabia. Now she’s studying IT at the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague, and tech is more than just a career choice for her – it’s a real passion.
When she’s not learning new things or diving into the latest technology, you’ll probably find her at the gym or playing video games (which might explain her competitive edge and problem-solving skills).
First Wins: Smarter Support With AI
Even though Sham joined Sharry in the summer, she’s already made an impact. Together with the team, she launched an updated AI-bot inside the Sharry PortalWX. This chatbot works as a 24/7 online agent, ready to help clients with any questions. Thanks to its detailed knowledge of our robust platform, it can solve issues quickly or connect users with a human operator if needed.
