Office Manager with the friendliest customers (spoiler alert - Sharry people)!

We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Manager who will help us keep our Prague office organized and unique and hence keep the people coming to the office happy.

You will be covering various topics from processing of the invoices to arranging our Multisport cards. Our (as well as yours) main goal will be to make our people look forward to our offices.  In addition, you will be involved in organization of teambuildings and other company events. Most of our projects are outside the Czech Republic. Therefore, you will be arranging the air tickets, accommodation and everything we need for our business trips.

Some activities (minor cleaning of the kitchen, welcoming of the visitors, flowers watering etc.) require to be done every day. Other activities will be mostly random and will diversify each of your working days. :) Most of our colleagues speak Czech, we do have some expats here as well. Therefore, you´ll need communicative level of English.

As an Office Manager, you will work directly with our COO Michal (the cool person standing in the photo), HR Manager Lenka (the cool blond girl in the middle) and other uber cool people in the photo to shape our office culture and set up the day to day processes for the smooth operation of our office.

And who are we?

The foundations of the “smart building” called Sharry were laid by 4 enthusiasts back in 2016. Together they built the software solution for all new office buildings developed by Skanska in Central Europe. And soon after Sharry won a tender to become a technology partner for NYC's largest commercial landlord. What we expect from you:

  • You are based in Prague
  • You have driving license (as well as driving experience)
  • You are a positive, creative and communicative person
  • Also, you have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and strong problem-solving skills
  • You are responsible, and you get things done
  • You can communicate in English & Czech, both in person and in writing
  • You have previous administrative, assistant or office management experience
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Bonus points

  • You have already worked in a startup
  • You have knowledge of accounting / event management / HR processes
