What will be your mission as a Launch & Activation Specialist?

As a part of the global Sharry Customer Care team, you will be responsible for launching our Sharry Workplace solution and making sure everything is running smoothly. Our team’s responsibility is to make sure our clients know about us, know how to use our product and of course, fall in love with us

Your main role will include collecting data from multiple sources and preparing overviews and executive summaries based on them. You'll not only be supporting clients remotely but also participating on-site in modern A-Class office buildings using Sharry's digital products. You will also be improving current processes based on the client’s feedback, creating guides, procedures, and FAQs. And if you want, you can also improve your public speaking skills and lead training sessions for our customers. 

Most often you will be communicating with customers (Property managers, Office managers, Security Teams,...) via email or our smart building management applications. You will also have access to a leading analytics platform GoodData and will be involved in its development.

Who will be your partner in crime?

  • Veronika Hrabalová: Our training and presentation specialist. She is also responsible for our Learning & Development program! Apart from enjoying wine with family and friends, Veronika loves travelling, action, and coffee.
  • Valerie Chalupová: Event manager specialist who can launch or activate any building. Val´s biggest hobby and passion is dancing so except the work she is practicing, making choreographies, or teaching kids.
  • Matěj Pokorný: Matěj is proficient in business development, public speaking and customer care. He founded our Support department and later a separate Launch & Activation Team so that we could provide the best care, trainings and support for our clients. Aside from work - feel free to ask Matěj about his passion for sports and classical music.

What we expect from you:

  • 🧠 Analytical skills – Far more important than how many tools you know is how you think about your work. If you enjoy thinking about challenges and can make assumptions based on data, you will not be bored with us.
  • 📊 Excellent work with data and Excel – As mentioned above, you will be collecting data from various sources. To  Beat Matěj in Excel at the interview and prove your skills!
  • 🇬🇧 Fluency in English is a must, good written language in both Czech and English – We are multinational company with clients all over the world. How else would you provide them with the best care possible? 
  • 🖥️ Advanced knowledge of IT, computer networks, iOS, Android and Windows – Well, do we need to elaborate? We are the Swiss knife of our company and tech skills are necessary.
  • 🗂️ Knowledge of GoodData or other analytics platforms is an advantage – So you already know Excel and want to move forward with the data analytics?
  • 🏢 Knowledge of PropTech preferably – Our industry is still quite new and exciting. If you have some experience, it is very welcomed. If not, we are sure you will fell in love with it!
  • 🔍 Attention to detail, customer-centric oriented and self-disciplined – We are crushing it, and thanks to this approach, you can too!

What do we do in Sharry?
